Terms of sale

Rooms must be vacated between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. (flexible, depending on availability). Arrivals are from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. Please advise in case of late arrival.
The restaurant Au Gusto is open all year round.

Reservation

To confirm a reservation, it is necessary to pay a deposit representing 50% of the amount of the stay with a minimum of one night by card or bank transfer or by check payable to La Bastide Rose.

Early Booking

For reservations made more than two months before the date of arrival, and in the case of full payment of the stay when booking, a 10% reduction on the price of the nights will be applied. Reservation dates cannot be changed. Early Booking cannot be combined with any offer and is non-refundable, reservations only by phone or by email at contact@bastiderose.com.

Last Minute

In the event of a late reservation and subject to availability, a reduction will be applied, with reservations by telephone only.

Cancellation or modification of the stay

In the event of cancellation before the 15th day preceding the scheduled date of the reservation, the deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation of the stay between the 15th and the 8th day preceding the reservation date, the refund of the deposit will depend on the ability to re-let the room and for any modification of the stay between the 15th and the 8th day, 50% of the amount of the unused nights will be charged.

For cancellations and modifications within 8 days of the date of the reservation, the total amount of the stay will be charged. Any cancellation will only be valid after validation by an e-mail sent by La Bastide Rose.
